I'm Mouloud, but you can call me Mool (most people do). I’m a screenwriter who was raised by Algerian parents in the suburbs of good old French Paris. I have a background in directing and cinematography, and have worked across France, the UK, and Canada. Character-driven stories is where I feel most at home -- those with dry humour, desperate individuals, a smidgen of existential panic, and dialogue that punches right through your skull.

I like a story that grabs you by the hair and takes you places you had no idea you’d end up in. And if you like that too, you are in for quite the treat. Because if you have as much fun reading my scripts as I have writing them, then my work wouldn’t have been for nothing.
